The Dore Property Corporation, a privately owned medium sized Property Developer has a current Portfolio of Projects exceeding $125 million under construction throughout Queensland. The client had a basic company website but needed to extend it's online presence to fully show off itʼs impressive portfolio of properties a target the investor market. At the same time Dore Property wanted to generate sales leads whilst maintaining and strengthening bonds with existing contacts.
We created an online solution that cleverly targeted the investor market. Strong call to action generated leads that instantly notified sales staff, while at the same time recorded all visitor information to build a prospect database for future marketing endeavors. Through strong call to actions, motivating content and stunning design the client continues to receive sales enquiries. In addition, we built the website on a powerful CMS platform that allows the client to track leads, manage customer relationships and compile analytical website reports.

This sales focused email marketing campaign was designed to generate direct sales leads within the investor market. We purchased a qualified database list for the send. With clever sophisticated design, carefully targeted copy and strong call to action the email marketing campaign generated many leads for this client. The client was also able to replicate the mailer with different individual agent details to send out to their respective databases. Using the reporting functionality of the online platform the client was able to track the success of each campaign.
